Comptez 10 \u00e0 20 mn de cuisson, suivant les esp\u00e8ces.<br \/>\n4 Retirez le poisson, vous le dresserez sur un plat et servirez accompagn\u00e9 de bouillon, de cro\u00fbtons frits frott\u00e9s d&rsquo;ail et de rouille.<br \/>\n<strong>Pour la rouille :<br \/>\n<\/strong>5 Trempez simplement, dans le lait, la valeur d&rsquo;un oeuf de mie de pain, \u00e9crasez celle-ci avec 2 gouttes d&rsquo;ail et montez \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile comme une mayonnaise.
