Saler et poivrer.<br \/>\n4 &#8211; Compter 10 minutes \u00e0 four moyen, ajouter le Whisky chaud et flamber.<br \/>\n5 &#8211; Napper de cr\u00e8me et parsemer les fines herbes cisel\u00e9es.<br \/>\n6 &#8211; Laisser cuire encore 10 minutes.<br \/>\n7 &#8211; Servir avec du riz cr\u00e9ole, des pommes vapeur ou encore mieux avec des champignons \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me.<br \/>\n<strong>Conseil :<br \/>\n<\/strong>Cette recette peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019avance\u00a0: garder au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur les filets, pr\u00eats \u00e0 mettre au four, dans leur plat recouvert d\u2019un film transparent. Il suffira de terminer la recette au moment de la cuisson. Il faudra pr\u00e9voir de sortir le plat du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur le temps de pr\u00e9chauffage du four.<br \/>\nCette recette est tr\u00e8s rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, d\u2019o\u00f9 son nom.
