Au bout de 20 minutes retirez les morceaux de l&rsquo;eau, laissez-les \u00e9goutter et faites une blanquette de la fa\u00e7on suivante :<br \/>\n2 &#8211; Dans une cocotte mettez le beurre ; lorsqu&rsquo;il est fondu ajoutez la farine, m\u00ealez \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re de bois mais ne laissez pas roussir, mouillez avec deux verres d&rsquo;eau, salez, poivrez et mettez un bouquet garni. Ajoutez vos morceaux de veau et les petits oignons.
