L\u2019\u00e9taler sur le plan de travail (ou sur une feuille en silicone) farin\u00e9, puis en foncer le moule pr\u00e9alablement beurr\u00e9 et farin\u00e9.<br \/>\n<strong>2 &#8211; <\/strong>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C, en position statique.<br \/>\n<strong>3 &#8211; <\/strong>M\u00e9langer la farine et le sucre cristallis\u00e9 et en couvrir le fond de p\u00e2te.<br \/>\n<strong>4 &#8211; <\/strong>Couper les abricots en deux, les d\u00e9noyauter, et les disposer sur la tarte, le c\u00f4t\u00e9 creux vers le haut, en les faisant se chevaucher l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<br \/>\n<strong>5 &#8211; <\/strong>Saupoudrer de cassonade et enfourner pour 45 minutes environ. Les abricots vont \u00ab rendre \u00bb du jus, qui m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 la cassonade donnera un joli sirop, lequel fera office de nappage.<br \/>\n<span>Pour finir&#8230;<\/span><span> A la sortie du four, le sirop encore chaud est liquide. Il ne faut pas s\u2019en \u00e9tonner. En refroidissant, il va se g\u00e9lifier et donnera un bel aspect brillant \u00e0 la tarte. A mon sens, lorsque les abricots sont m\u00fbrs \u00e0 point, il est superf\u00e9tatoire d\u2019ajouter quelque cr\u00e8me que ce soit.
